Inside of bracelet measures 5 1/2" plus a 1" gap for a total of 6 1/2".  This bracelet can be adjusted some larger, up to 1 1/2" gap.  Total sizing would be 6 1/2" - 7". 

Do not open and close your cuff bracelets repeatedly.  This will cause the bracelet to break.  Your bracelet should fit, so it rolls on and off from the side of your wrist without bending.
